How long can my question be?
If you are purchasing our Quick Question, your voice recording can be up to 60 seconds long (try it, 60 seconds is a long time!) and text questions are limited to 500 characters. If you purchase a Live Session, it doesn’t matter how long your questions are. Within the timeframe you purchased, you can ask as many questions as you want. It is a good idea to write down questions before your session.
Can I ask several questions?
The Quick Question is limited to one question, but you can include related information that would be helpful to the psychic. Additional individual questions can be ordered. If you are using the iPhone app you can do it without downloading the app again. Online you can click on the link Ask Another Question. With our Live Session, any number of questions can be asked during the time you have purchased.
I want to schedule a Live Session since I have several questions. How do I do that?
Visit the Live Oracle website, www.LiveOracle.com. On the “Our Psychics” page under the advisor name you will see Live Session in red for those offering the service. When you click on “more” you will see the length of time they offer, the price and if they offer video.
How do I use the video feature?
All our advisors have Skype accounts. If you have Skype also, video can be done easily following the Skype instructions.
Will I get a notification when I receive an answer?
Anytime you tap the iPhone app icon, LiveOracle checks for updates AND messages. Online, LiveOracle.com can be set to email you a notification.
Can I phone one of the advisors?
If you would like more personalized attention than asking a question, please, visit our website LiveOracle.com for additional options. Our Live Session is a prepaid block of time available in 15 and 30 minutes. Some advisors will offer up to 60 and 90 minute consultations. After you have prepaid the session and selected a mutually convenient time, your chosen advisor will call you using Skype.
How soon will I get a reply?
When you select your advisor an icon will appear indicating if they are online. Otherwise, our team checks messages several times daily.
What if I want to ask a follow up question?
Additional questions can be asked on your iPhone and will be charged to your iTunes account. Online, another question can be asked using your PayPal account. You might want to consider our Live Sessions for 15 or 30 minute phone calls. Some advisors offer up to 60 and 90 minute live phone consultations.
How private are the questions and answers?
LiveOracle will not share either questions or answers with anyone. On the iPhone app, all information is secure. Live Oracle.com uses secure connections for the PayPal transaction. Text, audio and Skype connections are not secure. In any case, we do not sell access to your email, profile, questions or psychic replies.
Will my email be shared with others?
Absolutely not. While we may send you occasional emails with special offers, updates and other relevant information, you can un-subscribe at any time and each email we send contains an unsubscribe link.
I signed up on the iPhone. How do I use the site on the internet?
Once you have created a user account, you can log in to either the app or website and you can use the same username and password for both. Live Sessions are only available online at www.LiveOracle.com.
Can I use LiveOracle on phones other than the iPhone?
At this time, the only app available is for the iPhone. Apps for other phones will be available soon. Using your web browser you can log on to www.LiveOracle.com, however.
Can I use a credit card?
The iPhone app is only available using your iTunes account and online, payments must be made using a PayPal account. Your PayPal account can be connected to a credit card, but you must set that up with PayPal. Check back as we add other payment options.
Can I give a rating of the answer I get back?
Yes, after you retrieve your message, you can leave a rating of from one to five stars.
Can I replay the answer to my question?
Yes. All of your answers are available on the Settings page of the iPhone app. Online, you can find prior answers also on the Settings page. Live Sessions can be recorded if you have permission from all parties on the connection. Please make sure to start the recording in time to record your asking permission of the psychic and their answer.
I don't text fast, can I leave an audio question?
Yes, our system is set up for both an audio question and text questions (sometimes a psychic must hear your voice or see your palm--read the description when you select a psychic). In any case you will get an audio reply.
I did not attach a picture of my palm for the palm reader. What should I do?
You will have a delay, but the palm reader will reply with a way to resubmit your question with a palm picture at no additional charge.
I sent a question to an astrologer and forgot some requested information. What should I do?
The more information you include with your request, the better. Astrologers need your first name (to personalize the reply) and birth date (with year is preferred). Your place of birth and time are very helpful, but not required. In rare instances the astrologer may reply with a way to resubmit more complete information and your original question at no additional charge.
